We do cutting edge research in human statistical genetics of complex diseases (heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, etc.) We are seeking a talented experienced R programmer with experience in the analysis of expression microarray and/or other high-throughput biological data sets to assist with a variety of integrative genomic analyzes in human populations. The scope of work will include differential gene expression analysis, network modeling, sequence annotation, and eQTL studies.
