1. R Developer (UK)
Job Overview
One of Mango’s key offerings is the provision of consulting and application development services. This could include:
• The generation of an R script, or set of R scripts, to perform some processing
• The design and production of an R package
• The implementation of R code to form part of a distributed application (such as a web-application created in Java)
The successful candidate will work directly with our internal development teams in order to deliver the above services in line with our internal software development guidelines. This includes the generation of R code in a controlled manner, as well as the provision of R code design advice both to internal teams and Mango customers.
Required Skills
• A degree in a computer or mathematical subject
• Strong background in R or S+
• An appreciation of development practices, such as code design, peer reviews, unit testing and code control
• An attention to detail to ensure a high quality of output at all times
Desired Skills
• An Msc in a computer or mathematical subject
• Proficiency in other software development languages (such as Java or .NET)
• An understanding of database technologies (such as MySql or Oracle)
• An understanding of statistical analysis
2. Senior R Developer (UK)

• Deliver public training courses
• Work with customers to design, create and deliver tailored R training courses
• Provide R consulting services to customers as required, including the generation of R scripts and the delivery of analysis
• Provide pre-sales support to the internal sales team
• Attend and deliver presentations at global conferences
• Perform business analysis activities on software development projects
Whilst the successful candidate will be primarily office based, there is the possibility of global travel in order to interact with our customers.

5. PK Consultant (UK)
Job Overview
Mango provide PKPD consulting and training services to 8 out of the top 10 pharmacometric groups in the world today. Primarily based on software systems such as R and NONMEM, the successful candidate will work closely with Mango’s customers in order to:
• Design, create and deliver tailored training courses for PKPD scientists
• Provide consulting services to customers as required, involving either the generation of scripts or the provision of PKPD analyses
• Provide pre-sales support to the internal sales team
• Attend and deliver presentations at global conferences
• Perform business analysis activities on software development projects
• Interact with leading academic groups in order to ensure Mango remain up to speed with the latest developments in the PKPD arena
Whilst the successful candidate will be primarily office based, there is the possibility of global travel in order to interact with our customers.
Required Skills
• PhD or equivalent degree/experience in pharmacometrics, biomedical sciences, engineering or other discipline focusing on biopharmaceutical modelling and simulation
• Understanding of theory, principles and statistical aspects of modelling and simulation
• Experience with statistical technologies such as R or S+
• Experience with PKPD modelling technologies such as NONMEM or Monolix
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Provide consulting services to customers as required
• Provide pre-sales support to the internal sales team
