Hi, I want to develop a GLM model using the proportion data for 4 choices. I want to develop the model as an alternate model to multimodal logit model for comparison of results. I tried doing this in R but it is giving a warning.
I am new to R, and am not sure whether it is even possible to run a GLM using the proportion data. Any ideas/ thoughts please let me know.
