Hi there, I am having trouble comparing the follow set of analytical techniques: Bivariate statistical tests for remission, Naive Bayes classifier, random forests and support vector machines. I am trying to look at these to generate probabilities whether a gene mutation will lead to disease. It is a bioinformatics question, but it is fundamentally statistics. If anyone is willing to help I can email the data to load into R for you to have a look at. Any input is much appriciated as I am a beginner to R.

    Thanks in advance.
