Cohort Analysis via the ‘mixdist’ package

Hello R-ians,

I’m working as a research assistant, and would like to do some cohort analysis on a population with differing size-classes and varying abundances in each size class. I was told I should use the R package ‘mixdist’.

So, now I’ve installed and loaded the package into R but am having some trouble finding any examples or help from R, on the package. ‘??mixdist” does not bring up any help documents concerning the package.

Does anyone have any experience working with this package, and can give me some tips on where to start.
