Data Analyst / Statistician / R programmer needed

The Navy Center for Applied Research in Artificial Intelligence
(NCARAI) at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington DC is
looking for a data analyst / statistician to join our team. We
perform basic and applied research in cognitive science including
predicting and preventing procedural errors, supervisory control,
vigilance, cognitive modeling, spatial cognition, and human-robot
interaction.

We need someone with a broad range of skills related to data analysis
/ statistics, including cleaning, checking, transforming, and
modeling data, providing suggestions on experimental design, and
running traditional behavioral statistics. We are especially
interested in people who have experience with R. Experience in
eye-tracking analysis would be especially useful, but not required.

This is a mid-level position, perfect for a M.S., although we will
consider other combinations of education and experience. The position
is full time and requires U.S. citizenship.

If you are interested in working as part of a world class research
team, please contact Greg Trafton (greg.trafton@nrl.navy.mil).
