Plot from external model analysis

Is there a straightforward method for generating graphs of linear model results, with confidence intervals, obtained from an analysis external to R? I have used a specialized program to run the analysis. I have the model structure, coefficients produced from the model best fit, and other information for generating the confidence limits. I can do this in excel, but I need publication quality graphics now.

I would like to simply submit the model structure and coefficients to R, along with my own matrix of values to model to generate a linear graphic comparing outcomes of various scenarios.

Sorry if this should be straightforward, but I haven’t been able to find anything to get me going in the right direction. I’m relatively new to R.
